Building Fund Update - 1/2025 - NEW!Bishop Biegler continues to offer the Committee guidance on the liturgical design of the church.
We are truly grateful for the donations we have received and currently have $1.3 million in the bank. We have also obtained a $1.1 million, 10-year interest free loan from Holy Name, bringing the total funds available for the project to $2.4 million.
This summer, we obtained a contractor’s estimate for the building project of $2.635 million, with Phase One estimated at $2.5 Million. This phase will cover the costs needed to complete the church and part of the gathering space. Phase Two is estimated at $135,000 and includes completion of the parking spaces, the kitchen in the gathering space, site signage, two steel crosses on the outside of the building and landscaping, bringing the total estimated funds needed to complete the entire project to $235,000.
Fundraising efforts will continue. We are asking you to prayerfully consider continuing your monthly and annual donations to the building project, to help us cover the entire cost of the project and to help us pay off the loan to Holy Name. -
